Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
All Return / Exchange items must be in their original packaging.
Returned / Exchanged items are inspected prior to credit being issued. Items must be in NEW / UNUSED condition for a refund to be processed. Any items that show signs of being worn or used will be sent back to the customer at their expense. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA number request must be within 10 days from receipt of order. To obtain a RMA number, fill out this RMA_Form and email it to: customerservice@The-FU-Store.com. Our agents will review the request and reply back promptly.
Credits will be made to the original form of payment. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing of refunds.
